Waste anode material of lithium battery recycling machine

Product introduction

This production line is used for the recycling of anode material in lithium batteries. The final products are copper particles and negative electrode powder (graphite powder), which are obtained by crushing and sorting process.

Introduction to process flow

The waste anode material is sent to the shredder for shredding, the shredded material enters the shredder, the crushed material enters the analyzer for preliminary separation, the mixed powder of copper and graphite enters the linear screen for screening, the copper particles come out from the upper layer, the lower layer is the negative electrode powder (graphite powder), and the middle layer is the mixture of copper and negative electrode powder. The mixture enters the specific gravity separator for final separation.
