Waste cathode material of lithium battery recycling machine

Product introduction

The production line is used for the recycling of cathode materials in waste lithium batteries. The final products obtained by crushing and sorting process are aluminum particles and cathode powder.

Introduction to process flow

The waste cathode material enters the shredder for shredding, the shredded material enters the crusher, the crushed material enters the analyzer for preliminary separation, and the mixture of aluminum particles and black powder enters the linear screen for screening. The aluminum particles come out from the upper layer, the lower layer is the cathode powder, and the middle layer is the mixture of aluminum particles and positive powder. This mixture enters the grinder for grinding, then enters the material collector, and finally enters the rotary vibrating screen for final separation.
