Without correct, standardized and effective treatment methods, the potential hazards contained in lithium hexafluorophosphate, lithium carbonate, organic compounds, cobalt, copper and other heavy metals will inevitably pose a pollution threat to the environment. On the other hand, as rare resources, cobalt, lithium and nickel have high recovery value. Therefore, the scientific disposal of waste lithium batteries not only has obvious environmental benefits, but also has good economic benefits, which is the development trend of modern society.
Our company professionally designs and continuously improves the waste lithium battery recycling production line, which adopts the combined processes of hammer crushing, fine crushing, grinding, vibration screening and air separation to separate and recycle the the anode and cathode material in the waste lithium battery, and then reuse them in relevant industries, with obvious economic benefits.
Recycling one ton of waste lithium battery will obtain:
- Copper aluminum granular mixture, about 250-300kg
- Black powder, positive powder mixed with negative powder (graphite), about 650-700kg
Introduction to process flow:
The waste lithium battery enters the shredder for shredding, and the shredded materials enter the special crusher for crushing to break up the the anode and cathode material and diaphragm paper inside the battery. The scattered materials enter the air flow sorting screen, collect the diaphragm paper in the positive and negative electrode sheets through air flow plus vibration, and collect the black powder produced by the air flow sorting machine at the same time. Next, the combined process of crushing, vibration screening, grinding and air separation is used to separate and recover the positive and negative mixture of waste lithium battery.
Each section of the full set of production line designed by our company is equipped with collector and pulse dust collector to collect the powder in production; And equipped with odor and harmful gas purification and treatment system. We can also add other auxiliary equipment according to customer needs to meet relevant standards.
