Reasonable design of crushing frequency and eccentricity replaces the traditional single-particle crushing principle to achieve selective crushing of materials with uniform crushing size and appropriate shape. The two-way release hydraulic cylinder allows materials to pass through the crushing chamber smoothly, improving work efficiency.
The crushing cone is driven to do pendulum motion in the crushing chamber mainly through the eccentric sleeve. A crushing chamber is formed between the surface of the crushing cone and the mortar wall fixed on the frame. When the crushing cone approaches the mortar wall, the material is crushed by extrusion, shearing and bending; when the crushing cone is far away from the mortar wall, the crushed material is discharged.
It is suitable for medium and fine crushing of medium-hard materials (such as iron ore, copper ore, granite, limestone, pebbles, etc.), and is widely used in metallurgy, construction, road construction, chemical industry and phosphate industries.
Large crushing ratio, high production efficiency, uniform product particle size, low needle-like content, suitable for highly abrasive materials.
