Product introduction

The double shaft shredder machine is used to tear up waste lithium batteries, waste anode and cathode material, waste printed circuit boards, metals, tires, wood, large hollow materials (plastic barrels, paint barrels, gas tanks, pipelines and other containers), as well as various mixed wastes, especially metal containing wastes.

Main functions:

1. Tear up large materials and materials with irregular shape
2. The discharge particle size of the shredded material can be adjusted by changing the blade thickness and the number of blades according to the customer’s requirements.

Working principle:

The materials enter the main machine of the shredder through the conveyor or forklift, the two shafts of the main machine rotate at a uniform speed, the blade tip on the blade engages with the blade sleeve, and the single shaft blade cuts with the opposite shaft blade, so as to tear and separate the materials.
