Working principle:

The main structure of the machine is equipped with rolling bearings at both ends to support the main shaft. The motor drives the main shaft and the turbine fastened to the main shaft through the belt drive. The actual fineness of the crushing also depends on the predetermined material, the shape and size of the sieve hole, and the amount of material and air passing through.

1. The new grinding disc design is used, with high output, strong wear resistance, and a lifespan twice that of ordinary grinding discs.
2. The newly designed special bearing reaches a high speed, and only one drive motor is used at the same time, which ensures efficient impact grinding, saves mechanical operation time and engineering control.

5. The particle size of the discharge material is adjustable, and the grinding gap can be adjusted easily. You only need to use a feeler gauge and an adjustment bolt to make precise adjustments.
6. The cooling system of the main machine can adopt a dual cooling system of air and water.

Application:

The equipment applies pressure, shear force, impact force or friction force to the processed material to destroy its internal structure, thereby achieving the purpose of crushing and processing the material into fine powder or ultrafine powder.
