The linear screen is used to screen the powder and particle materials of crushed waste lithium batteries (positive and negative material), which is driven by double vibration motor.

The linear vibrating screen is composed of screen box, vibrating motor, damping system and under-frame. The screen box is composed of tank body, upper cover, feeding port, screen frame, screen,lining screen,discharging port, etc. The damping system is composed of damping spring and spring seat. The installation mode of vibration motor can be divided into down vibration type and side vibration type, and the installation mode of shock absorber can be divided into seat type and hanging type. It can also be designed and manufactured according to the needs of users.

Working principle

The material is thrown up, jumped or moved forward in a straight line on the screen surface, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading the material. At the same time, the rubber ball is installed inside the screen frame. While the screen body vibrates, the rubber ball vibrates at the same time, so as to avoid the material blocking the screen.

It is applicable to the screening of dry powder or granular materials with particle size of 0.074-5mm.
