The roller device is installed on the frame at an angle. The motor is connected to the roller device through a coupling via a reducer, and drives the roller device to rotate around its axis. When the material enters the roller device, the tilt and rotation of the roller device cause the material on the screen surface to flip and roll, so that the qualified material (screened product) is discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the rear end of the roller, and the unqualified material (screened product) is discharged through the discharge port at the tail of the roller. Due to the flipping and rolling of the material in the roller, the material stuck in the screen hole can be ejected to prevent the screen hole from being blocked.
The screening cylinder is tilted and rotated slowly, the material rolls in the cylinder, the fine particles fall through the sieve holes, and the large particles are discharged from the other end of the cylinder.
Simple structure, easy installation, strong adaptability to materials, not easy to clog.
