One or more rollers rotating in opposite directions are used to crush materials through the extrusion and shearing action of the roller surface. The material enters between the rollers and is squeezed and sheared by the roller surface driven by friction and the rotation of the rollers to achieve the purpose of crushing.
Suitable for fine and medium crushing of materials with medium hardness or below (such as coal, coke, clay, limestone, slag, etc.) and metal, non-metal and electronic products. It can also be used for sand making or pre-crushing before grinding.
Simple structure, less over-crushing, low noise, low energy consumption, and easy maintenance.
The crushing ratio is relatively small, not suitable for hard materials.
